Porsche 944 Front ARB (antiroll bar) Bushes Replacement

It's one of those days when a (relatively) small job ends up much bigger! Having decided to change the engine mounts on my 944 there were various components that needed to be removed or undone in order to access them.

But once removed it didn't seem a good idea to reassemble with worn, rusty items so the parts department at my local Porsche centre OPC Tonbridge were on speed dial to order replacements. I've found that genuine Porsche parts are a lot more reasonably priced than you might expect and many are actually cheaper than buying from other suppliers.

Parts I've ordered are all 4 anti roll bar bushes, 4 drop link bushes, replacement brake disc dust covers, track rod ends, shock absorber top mount gaskets and various nuts and bolts to replace originals.

It might have been a lot more hassle and time taken to replace all these additional parts but it's really nice to know that so many components are now refreshed and handling should be first class!
